    Ricci grew up around Arabian horses and from there worked with some of the legends in the industry such as Gene LaCroix, where he assisted in marketing, show and sales prep, breaking and training. Ricci is an accomplished trainer of both students and horses, and together with Stephanie and their four children has created a dynasty of champions that is unparalleled.

    An accomplished hunter rider as a junior, Stephanie Campas Desiderio has spent years learning from the top trainers in the nation. Stephanie's reputation as an inspiring, hard-working perfectionist rubs off on her students and allows them achieve their goals in this highly competitive field. Both junior and adult riders praise her for improving their skills at every level.

    As a competitor in Arabian-breed shows, Michael has won the most National Championships of any rider in history. After college, Michael decided to become a professional trainer. He continues to show in the Grand Prix jumping ring and is available to train and coach at shows. Mike has trained horses and riders to wins at all the most prestigious shows in the country. He has worked with renowned trainers George Morris, Emil Spadone, Val Renihan, Jimmy Torano, Beezie Madden and John Madden.

    During her freshman year at Texas A&M, Alex earned Most Outstanding Player, finishing with an 8-5 record, tying for the most wins on her team and helping the Aggies finish in 5th place overall. Alex holds her team’s second-highest score of the season at 86. Six of her eight wins came against top-10 programs and four of those were by a double-digit margin.
